We are a micro brewery based in Great Yarmouth. We have a small range of real ales, as we prefer to focus our efforts on the quality and consistency of our product. Our beers are carefully designed with plenty of thought and practice. Once we achieve our goal we ensure that the brewing process and recipe is followed meticulously to ensure a consistent product throughout. Part of the reason we believe our ales are so tasty is that we source most of our ingredients locally thus ensuring that they are fresh and of high quality. We know some of the farmers involved in producing the malt we use to brew our quality beers. Finally, to instill customer confidence in our product, our brewery has been awarded a 5 star food and hygiene award. There is no compromise on cleanliness in the brewery.
Sunshiny is brewed to quench a thirst. The ale is golden in colour and starts off with a bitter sweet taste instilled by the combination of honey and hops. The hops used in the brew contribute to the citrus flavour and the delicate orange background.
