You must be aged 18 years or over to purchase products from this website. Norfolk Square Brewery LLP reserves the right to ask for proof of age.

You agree that due to fluctuating stock levels, goods are available on a 'first come, first served basis' and we are not liable if we are unable to supply a particular product. You will not be charged should stocks become exhausted and you may be offered an alternative choice. All goods remain the property of Norfolk Square Brewery LLP until payment is received in full. All persons placing an order will be sent a receipted invoice.

Deliveries are made during normal working hours, Monday to Friday.

Goods lost will be replaced free of charge. Damaged or missing goods will be refunded or added to another order when placed. You must notify us within 3 working days of delivery or expected delivery.

Norfolk Square Brewery LLP accepts no responsibility for failure to deliver or delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

Goods that are requested to be left without a signature are left at the customers own risk. Our couriers will make one attempt to deliver, and thereafter you will need to make arrangements with the courier to give alternative instructions. Should the goods ordered be returned because of failure to deliver despite all attempts, we will either give you a credit, less the order's delivery charge, or re-despatch on your instructions where the same delivery cost will be charged.

Carriage charges incurred by us are not refundable if all attempts to deliver have failed. These will be charged at cost.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, goods should be returned intact within 7 days.

Cost of carriage in this instance is the customers responsibility.

All online payments are made through Paypal. Paypal are responsible for protecting your card processing information and ensuring that payment reaches Norfolk Square Brewery LLP.
